Dr. Wendy Thompson
Born and raised in Inverell, Wendy is a mother of three and owner of Inverell Chiropractic Centre serving the Inverell and Glen Innes district for the last 28 years. Wendy completed her first her degree from University of New South Wales majoring in Human Anatomy before deciding to become a chiropractor whereby she graduated RMIT in Melbourne in 1986.
Her passion for looking after kids and teenagers has led her to attend many paediatric seminars over the last 30 years taking her throughout Australia and America.
For the last 25 years Wendy has served on the leadership team for Dynamic Growth Chiropractic seminar and is a regular speaker for other chiropractors.
Farming has always been a part of Wendy’s life and her weekends and spare time are usually spent working and managing their family farm.
Dr. Greg Bell
Dr. Greg is originally from Inverell and grew up on a farm at Swan Vale. He spent his teenage years attending boarding school in Tamworth. Upon finishing high school Greg spent some time out to decide what he wanted to specialize in and travelled around Australia and New Zealand working as a shearer and roustabout.
It was then he decided to pursue a career in chiropractic and moved to Sydney to complete his Undergraduate and Masters degree. On graduating Dr. Greg moved to the US and spent the next two years working in Washington DC and Boston, learning and refining his skills in one of the largest pediatric and family chiropractic offices in America. With a passion for public speaking and coaching other chiropractors an opportunity arose to be one of the lead chiropractors in the first and largest chiropractic organization in Asia. He has spent the last 3 years working in Singapore and training other chiropractors to bring chiropractic to areas of Malaysia, Indonesia and more recently China.
He has developed a passion for travel, crossfit and public speaking.
Additionally, he has extensive training in Gonstead chiropractic technique and is a published author on topics of neck pain and dizziness with research presented in both Melbourne and Norway.
Kellie – Naturopath and Massage Therapist
Kellie has worked at the Inverell Chiropractic Centre since June 2011.
Kellie is born and bred in Inverell, upon finishing Year 12 she decided to pursue Naturopathy at the NSW School of Natural Medicine in Coffs Harbour. After finishing she decided to continue her studies at the University of New England where she obtained a Bachelor of Health Science. Kellie initially worked in Inverell as a mobile massage therapist in addition to working with Robert Follington – a local chiropractor and osteopath.
To further her experience she then moved to England where Kellie was employed as a massage therapist in a health spa in central London. Upon moving back to Australia Kellie extended her skillset to include personal training and has been an integral member of the Inverell Chiropractic team. Also an avid triathlete, Kellie is a true advocate of health and is driven to help people everyday.
